So what can we say? Las Vegas is fuckin' Las Vegas!
We found our way from San Francisco to the big lights as the sun went down. Quickly, the lights of the strip showed us the way to our venue, the Bunkhouse. Our bartender Missy was quite kind and hooked us up all night with Jager, Pabst, and Sierra Nevada. Thanks to Pulsar for hooking up the show.........we had a great time.
This ended up our silliest, rawest, dirtiest, drunkest show we've played all tour. It's hard not to get caught up in the madness with this town!
We're looking forward to the video footage shot of our performance........and thanks for buying the cd.
Although my vocal was rough this night, i'm suprised i haven't lost my voice or stretched out my vocal chords too much. So far for some weird reason "Revisions Are My Life" has been rough on the voice lately. It'll pass soon for sure.
After the show we drove around and tried to find some trouble. Remember kiddos, this town can suck you dry. Be aware......sometimes even beware! We had a blast.......grabbed some late night snacks and hit the hotel sometime around 4 or 5......definitely a late night.
Totally stoked to have the hotel option. Glad to get good rest and be able to sleep in. Check out isn't until 2.....we're soaking that in until we have to jet to Phoenix.

Unwed Fathers was established in 2007 and is currently based in Austin, TX. Founded by vocalist/guitarist David Olvera (ex-Games and Theory), the singer songwriter project started with a voice and an acoustic guitar. Later other musician friends joined in to help round out the sound. Unwed Fathers performs every first Friday at Thunderbird Coffee on Manor Rd in Austin.
